Marc performs five different programs at the Tsinandali Festival in Georgia

After a bunch of very successful concerts at the Verbier Festival in Switzerland, and in Montenegro and Greece, Marc Bouchkov continues his summer festival season with appearances in Latvia and Georgia. On 5 September he performs a recital at the Riga Jurmala Music Festival with pianist Mao Fujita. The concert features sonatas by Brahms and Franck. Soon after he travels to Georgia where he plays five different programs at the Tsinandali Festival: on 9 September Marc performs Beethoven’s Violin Sonata n. 7 with pianist and conductor Lahav Shani. Program also includes Mendelssohn’s Trio in d-minor with cellist Mischa Maisky. On 11 September Marc performs Brahms Double Concerto for Violin and Cello with Maisky and the Georgian Philharmonic Orchestra under Christoph Eschenbach, and on 13, 14 & 16 September he plays three different recital and chamber music programs.
